Brothers Hotel a perfect stay :)

Nice and cute hotel in Ninh Binh with a very good decoration taste. Comfortable and cozy, good breakfast and the host was very helpful and lovely. 100% recommendable.

What was the highlight of Ninh Binh Brothers Hotel

All good, except the air-conditioning, which is necessary when its 40 C outside.

Staff was very helpful. We got a motorbike, laundry, and transport by limo cheaper than others. She also was very accomodating and helped us switch the room because the airconditioning wasnt that great.

We got a top floor room and air conditioning in all the rooms is bad, so we coundnt sleep comfortably the first night. However, we moved to smaller room and the air-conditioned cooled the whole room much better. Addtionally, shower was not that powerful.

The owner is brilliant

We arrived at 5am and they let us in and gave us a bed straight away. The lady at the front desk (can't remember her name) she was brilliant. Gave us a scooter cheap for the day and told us best places to go. Also arrange our bus to Ha Long and came to the bus stop to make sure we got there and the correct bus. This lady can't do enough for you. Anytime she's there to help. Room and shower was clean.

The lady on reception was extremely helpful with good English. We were able to do our laundry and rent a scooter the for the 2 nights we were there which was quite cheap.

The air con in the room did not work so we were very uncomfortable and roasting. There were also millions of tiny bugs on the floor that got everywhere.

Great place to stay in Ninh Binh

- brothers Viêt and Hoan care really great about there guests. - Viêt is an excellent Tour guide who studied Vietnamese culture and can teach a lot - place is quiet and in walking distance to Bia Hói and other good restaurants

- the brothers were really helpful and friendly (we could rent motorbikes and they gave us some good advice on where to go and what to see) - in the addition to that they even upgraded us to a bigger room for free, just because it was available (thank you)

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ninh Binh Brothers Hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ninh Binh Brothers Hotel. It's run by two brothers, Hoan and Viet, they're very very helpful and friendly and they made our stay a charm. They speak quite perfect English and the communication was like with persons from the West, what I don't see as a requirement when travelling to Asia but I found it extremely helpful because I was able to ask them about all the questions and wonderings I gathered about Vietnamese people during my stay in Vietnam.They also made the laundry for us and rented us scooters for very very reasonable prices - the same services everywhere else were more expensive. Next time at Ninh Binh, I will definitely go there again.

Lovely stay in ninh binh

Brothers are so helpful and friendly, they can’t do enough for you. Room was clean and bedding and towels smelt amazing. Nice hot shower and clean bathroom. Easy to get a grab to main places of interest or can rent a scooter.

The brothers were very friendly and helped a lot with our trip. The room was very clean and had the most comfortable bed in Vietnam!!! We enjoyed our stay. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

Small staines on bed linen. Hotel is in old building. Cleaning was good and the brothers painted the building ;)
